§ 42-43. Parking on North and South Main Street in the central business district/downtown development area.

(a)

Time restrictions. No person shall park any vehicle on North or South Main Street in the central business district/downtown development area of the village for more than three hours on any day, except there shall be no parking on North or South Main Street in the central business district/downtown development area between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. on any given day.

(b)

Penalties. A violation of this section shall be deemed a civil infraction. The citation issued for a violation in this section shall specify the time and place at which it occurred and the fine provided for such violation.
