§ 6-31. Enforcement.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Stille-DeRossett-Hale single state construction act, Public Act No. 230 of 1972 (MCL 125.1501 et seq.), the village clerk is designated as the enforcing agency to discharge the responsibility of the village under such act. The village assumes responsibility for the administration and enforcement of the act throughout the corporate village limits.
