The violation of any provision of the following chapters of the Village of Romeo Code of Ordinances is a municipal civil infraction:
Chapter 4 of the Village of Romeo Code of Ordinances—Animals.

Chapter 6 of the Village of Romeo Code of Ordinances—Buildings and Building Regulations.

Chapter 8 of the Village of Romeo Code of Ordinances—Cemetery.

Chapter 12 of the Village of Romeo Code of Ordinances—Emergency Services.

Chapter 14 of the Village of Romeo Code of Ordinances—Environment.

Chapter 16 of the Village of Romeo Code of Ordinances—Fire Prevention and Protection.

Chapter 28 of the Village of Romeo Code of Ordinances—Parks and Recreation.

Chapter 34 of the Village of Romeo Code of Ordinances—Solid Waste.

Chapter 42 of the Village of Romeo Code of Ordinances—Traffic and Vehicles.
